We recently had a problem with our boiler which had been giving us problems for a while so I phoned Craigmile plumbing they promptly sent a plumber up who was great the next day without any hassle or stress two guys turned up and fitted our new boiler amazing customer service great fitters I strongly recommended them so big thank thank you
Didn't book in job then booked in wrong job. Didn't return to finish job. didn't call back when they said they would to schedule return on multiply occasions. After 12 weeks starting looking elsewhere. Used to be very good. book with caution
friend of wife recommended them on fb. we recommended them to my parents who have used them. Was really happy with them. We moved house they installed a new boiler, removed excess radiators, installed new radiators including a lovely tall designer radiator that needed joiner to help with, all good. Thought we were valued customer, with receipts for at least £6,000 of work we probably should be. We bought a new 110cm rangemaster cooker. Excellent service..I always ask for Jim.He's efficient, friendly and knowledgable. This morning I expected Jim 7-9am. (Scheduled a fortnight ago through the office. ) Seems I had been re-scheduled! Communication is everything. Between schedular & engineer and schedular & client. Disappointing!
