Twice I was told to go to this practice to see the nurse and twice she was at another practice up the town centre after being told of reception that she would be at craigmarloch .surely there should be a nurse at each what a waste of time
Never had any problems with this surgery. There's a lot of new receptionist now. Miss the previous receptionist as they knew you when you called bug the new ones have been ok so far Drs are all great as per nurses. I was at Kennelworth for 3 years before coming here 20 years ago and I had an awful experience with the receptionist. They wanted to know everything asking too much info. Couldn't get through to docs there as receptionist blocked all the time. Dr Xartoll &Partners are great
Reception dont seem interested in helping.
Dreadful. Can never get through. Reception staff can be helpful. Nurse was rude, didn't listen and same old treatment that haven't worked. No chance of seeing a GP. Almost like they'd rather not see patients. If only there were other GP practices taking on patients.
Went in to enquire about joining the practice as new patient 5and was met with the worst most disgusting customer service I have ever experienced. The receptionist has no people skills at all. I work as a nurse in a&e so I'm used to people speaking badly towards me but from the get go this woman's attitude stank and I'm so glad I wasn't able to join the practice. I think some basic customer service skills are needed.
