Not happy with the service the reception loss of report and one month couldn’t find it. I don’t know. It’s not a professional.
My mother received absolutely disgusting treatment from the reception on the phone, receptionist is the most impolite, and intimidatingly rude person Ive ever spoken to, 0/10 honestly do better.
I wasn't happy with my son's pediatrician we saw for the first time today, Dr Muhammed Sohail Rana. The appointment started with him asking my son questions to which my 7 year old was telling him what he wanted to hear, so I told my son that it's okay and he can answer honestly, to which the doctor said to me "I will ask you too, it doesn't really matter what he says"- in front of him. My experience with Gulay was extremely horrible. I’ve been going here for a year and there have been multiple instances where she has treated me in a rude manner, and is completely unaware of what she is doing. Whilst she was on the phone, she was charging me for my appointment and ended up using the wrong terminal because she was distracted, and had to charge me 600 DOLLARS again on a different terminal. This is absolutely ridiculous.
My experience at this clinic was exceptional. Everyone at the clinic is extremely polite and friendly. Will be returning without a doubt. Shout out to Gulay at reception who is very helpful and friendly, and always puts a smile on my face.
