Very disappointed with my experience at One Health Medical Centre Craigieburn. I visited the clinic on 9 September 2026 because I had high blood pressure. The doctor referred me for a blood test, which I completed the next day, 10 September. I waited around five days expecting my results. Today, 15 September, I went back to the medical centre to follow up, only to be told that they do not have my blood test report and it appears to have been lost. I’ve had a great experience with Craigieburn One Health. The doctors are professional, caring, and take the time to listen and understand your concerns. The reception staff are also friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which makes the whole experience much easier and more comfortable. Overall, the service has been excellent, and I really appreciate the care and professionalism of the entire team. Highly recommend Craigieburn One Health!
I would strongly recommend avoiding Dr Ziaur Rehman at this clinic based on our experience. During our appointment, he repeatedly referred to my 5-year-old daughter as “dumb” while her mother was answering questions on her behalf. Regardless of the circumstances, I found this completely inappropriate and disrespectful, especially when speaking about such a young child. I have been going to this clinic for a while and more recently I have been seeing dr. Rahman and he’s really good and highly recommend coming to this clinic!!
Horrible wait times. Booked an appointment in advance and still had to wait an hour! Go anywhere else. Extremely mismanaged.
