I have been going to this clinic since I was born, nearly 40 years ago and just tried to make an appointment. The next available was the 3rd of June (nearly 3 weeks). I made the comment "what happens when I'm sick" and the response was "we are struggling at the moment and not taking new patients". Well, maybe you should've stopped taking patients years ago if that is the case. What a disgrace this place has turned into....
Doctor are best but staff are the most unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude. Worse
Not impressed with reception, rude on the phone while trying to book appointment, she was trying to take the role of the doctor asking diagnoses questions. I would stay away from a clinic where receptionist would as medical questions to determine if a sick person can see the GP.
