The receptionist called Bec was very rude to my husband and hung up the phone twice while he was still talking and refused to let him speak to the practice manager and we are really very disappointed with what happened while we always bring our 3 dogs to this vet clinic
I’ve taken all of my dogs to Craigieburn Animal Hospital over the years. They are excellent vets, I can always get an appointment quickly, they give sound advice and they are very reasonably priced. My mini poodle was recently neutered but then got an infection in her wound - we went back and they only charged us $30 just for the antibiotics (I know a lot of vets would have also charged a consultancy fee too!) Parking is a bit tricky if the car park at the front is full. But I’d still highly recommend!
