I had a very bad experience at Craigieburn Animal Hospital after my pet sadly passed away there. We had a 10:00am appointment and I arrived 5 minutes early. I stood at reception waiting while staff were talking amongst themselves. They could clearly see me standing there, but it still took another 5 minutes before anyone attended to me. I was then told their system was down and they could not retrieve my dog’s history. The vet examined my Dog and could immediately see she was struggling badly with her breathing. Dr Michael Bell is hands down one of the best vets in Victoria. His knowledge and experience stand out well above many other vets I have visited over the years. He has an old school approach that is honest, caring, and focused on what is best for your pet. What I appreciate most is that he genuinely takes the time to listen and explain things clearly without making you feel rushed.
