Horrible service, wouldn’t recommend for surgeries, absolutely butchered our poor dog and the clinic is poorly run

We were initially told that the clinic is organising home visits done by Michael and were waiting for a date When we called week after to find out the potential date we encountered with very insultive and rude receptionist called Sara,saying they dont do home visits for regular customers and questioning our reasons for that request for all conversation to end up with her hang in up the call She couldn't even find the notes left from her colleagues Very insultive,rude and unprofessional
Absolutely awful experience. The vet did not seem to know how to properly care for my cat and appeared confused and unsure. My cat was visibly scared and stressed. After being left sitting in her crate for over an hour, the vet and assistant began tipping the crate upside down and shaking it in an attempt to force my cat out. This was extremely distressing to witness. My cat is an older, indoor-only cat and does not cope well with stress, and this handling was completely inappropriate.
