Amazing practice. Our vizsla got his tail stuck in a door and had to get the tip amputated. We took him to an emergency vet in kengsington who only cut the tip off- nightmare. It couldnt heal because he kept wagging it and hitting it on things. It open up every single night and wasnt stitched back together properly (confirmed by two other vets). horrible place, don’t come here if you love you pets. i came here on the 20th with my kitten who could barely walk and was not acting right. They looked at her and told me it was unlikely to be a snake bite even though i live on a farm i had thought it would’ve been. they then proceeded too tell me she had something wrong in her back and leg, i got told it would most likely be better the next day they gave her and injection without even being fully sure but i trusted them becuase you would think they know what they are doing... read more
Great and friendly service, and very affordable
I felt so upset when my Dog was accidentally Cut & needed stitches for Fur removal . TheVet Apologised . Would not recommend to a Relaxed family . Receptionist was Cold . I Felt like I was a burden . I wasn’t happy . My dog is tonight wincing . Sad . I get vets have a difficult job but realistically this was a stuff up & There was no Nurse in the procedure room . 🐾🐾no after care medication . No Shearing tool used , just scissors . Very primitive
