Left really disappointed after bringing my kitten with an infected wound in Dr Gwen did not take my kittens temperature, clean her wound of pus and fresh blood and did not listen to any concerns raised to her left feeling really uneasy and unsure had to spend additional money to take her to another Vet who was able to tell us exactly what was going on and exactly how we should handle the situation, explained all medications perfectly and most importantly cleaned her bloody wound and taught us how to clean it at home. Disgusting. I am absolutely horrified by the care my Guide Dog received at this clinic. My Guide Dog’s foot became trapped in an escalator, leaving him with a significant open wound. He was in obvious pain and was visibly limping. I brought him to this clinic expecting him to receive appropriate veterinary care. Instead, while I was trying to explain what had happened and what was wrong with my dog, the vet interrupted me to ask whether I was blind. Dr Bell is excellent, and we've trusted this clinic with our dogs from years ago because of his experience. Unfortunately, our recent visit with a different vet, Dr Nadia Lau, fell well short. We brought our kittens in for vaccinations and a health check. Although we were charged for a full health check, Dr Lau didn't perform one thoroughly — she didn't examine their heart, ears, or eyes etc, and she even forgot to record their weight, asking us afterward whether we remembered it. Dr Fiona Williams has provided us with exceptional care and invaluable advice when caring for our poodle. She is a wonderful veterinarian, and the whole practice is caring, professional and knowledgeable. We couldn’t be happier with the care our dog has received. Highly recommend!

I have been taking my German Shepherds to Craigieburn Animal Hospital for many years, and I cannot speak highly enough of Michael Bell. Over the years I have referred countless family members and friends to Michael whenever they have needed a vet, and I will always continue to do so. He is hands down the best veterinarian.
