I wouldn't have given this practice a one star but it doesn't give you the option for zero. The receptionist and practice manager are the rudest people I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They don't listen to anything you say are are completely presumptuous! Having previously worked as a dental receptionist myself, I would never have been this diacourteous to any member of the public. Terrible customer service. Won't be back
I have been attending Craigie Dental Centre for many years and have always received first class treatment from Dr Moir. Had an extraction yesterday with zero pain and absolutely no issues yesterday or today. I would highly recommend Dr Moir & Craigie Dental Centre.

Very friendly and professional but upon cancelling an x-ray it was implied I was a conspiracy theorist and upon pointing out they'd left a lip of tartar on one of my teeth I was told I was not to come back (he removed the lip immediately, without argument, and was pleasant about it). I must stress they were respectful and professional but if you are autistic it might be worth finding somewhere else or going in with someone who can talk in your stead.
