I have never done hypnotherapy before although have always been intrigued by it! Toni was incredibly professional, confident and mezmerising in her approach. She made me feel at ease and talked me through things in a way that was easy to understand and follow, I walked out today feeling very relaxed and excited to see what happens next!
Hi all , I would like to say Toni was helpful in giving me some tools to work with during her hypnotherapy sessions. I went in there an alcohol user and after seeing Toni I no longer drink alcohol
I asked Toni for help because I heard she could fix panic attacks I was getting from pain before surgery.It helped me be calmer and stopped panic attacks when they would begin. Toni was a big help when I needed it
I came in for better sleep I usually only get 3 hours which increased after my first time. I can fall back to sleep also now if I have to get up at night. I feel much better with more sleep thank you.
