What an awful greedy company. During the pandemic, instead of helping people like our attorney general had asked, they charged people extra who couldn't pay and were very prompt in shutting off service. They could care less about their people. Be a little bit late a couple of times and they start charging you a $50+ amount on each bill for "deposit". No electric company in the nation does this accept for Craighead electric.
