Slow, Rude Employees, High Price Craigs Automotive gets (and deserves) a BIG thumbs down from me. I came to them to simple get my brakes checked out because they were loosing responsiveness. Well, I brought my car in and I walk into the main office and ring the bell a few times and wait, no one is available.
