Every time I have gone to see Dr. Zoppe I have waited almost 3 hours to be seen. Today I was there for over 2.5 hours and finally had to leave due to work. Patients that came in after me were being seen before me. When I tried to explain to the front desk staff she was very rude. She asked if I wanted to make another appointment and I said no I can’t wait 3-4 hours to be seen each time I cone to my appointment. She said he takes extra time with his patients. I’ve been seeing Dr. Zippe for a couple of years. He’s an outstanding physician. His experience and compassion are the reasons I drive 35-40 minutes for appointments. My only complaint doesn’t relate to him personally. I’ve been required to see him in person several times, when it could’ve easily been done on the phone. It takes some effort to make it to in-person appointments. In addition to the aforementioned drive, I’m in a wheelchair. Dr Zippe did not waste time and helped me find the best and fastest solution to my medical needs. He is very thorough with my appointments before and after surgery. He listens and asks questions of any concerns I may have. Everyone is very friendly and approachable. They also helped me with disability paperwork fast, most clinics take a week or so but Dr Zippe’s team took care of it the next day🙏.
