Lexus makes beautiful vehicles and we as consumers spend a little extra to enjoy a great product. Unfortunately, dealerships like Lexus of Pembroke Pines has employees like the sales manager Frank Marcella that ruin the experience if there is a issue no matter who's right and who's wrong.
