Very professional. Very nice. Exceptional at what he does!
Dr Zalvan was exceptional. He took me through the process of what is happening when I swallow and why I’m having trouble when I swallow. Additionally, referred me to Speech and vocal therapy to help improve my swallowing issues! Thank God for him.
Dr Zalvan is great! I came into the office concerned and confused about my symptoms, but I left with much clarity and relief. The visit was thorough and not rushed at all. He ensured I made a follow-up appt and suggested preventative testing, that I would not have thought I needed. At times I have wondered if a Doctor was really listening to my concerns, and not just brushing them aside to move on to the next patient. This is definitely not the case with Dr. Zalvan. He made me feel heard!!
