Craig goes above and beyond and is incredibly knowledgeable. His services are an amazing value for the money. I deal with a lot of repetitive strain injuries in my line of work, and Craig took the time to truly understand my specific needs and tailor the massage accordingly. As an athlete who trains all day (with people half my age) I need to all the help I can get to recover before the next session and to prevent future injuries. Craig does a sports massage that’s one of the best I’ve had and adds in heated scraping and stretching- I will be seeing him regularly!
