I had such a positive experience at Craig Wellness and felt cared for from start to finish. From the very first phone call, Liz at the front desk was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Craig is amazing. His staff and NPs are also amazing.
I feel as though my words went unheard, and this review is biased, but I will critically claim there felt a good level of unprofessional dismissal and inadequate questioning during a recent assessment, as well as details/context being given that were written back incorrectly in the follow up letter. Not sure what else to say other than the staff were nice. EDIT: I am glad the establishment decided to respond, as ADHD is something I went in for the assessment of. Let me give a proper response. To this day I am blown away that this can even be a place for addicts to go . This doctor prescribes controlled substances of all kinds to patients who clearly shouldn’t be given any kind of medication that can be used to get high . It breaks my heart that Cherokee county drug courts refers patients to this facility . It has caused a relapse in my family and I will never understand how an addict would prescribe another addict these types of medications .
