Waste of time, try to upsell big time. Charge a service when there was no mention of one period. Stay away.
I have had Craig and Stan as my HVAC go to for over ten years. They do things right and don't make a big deal about coming when you need them. Stan is one of the nicest, most genuine guys I have ever met- and he knows exactly what to do every single time. Their trucks are updated, clean, and equipped. They work efficiently and with a smile.
