Absolute horrible experience. My fiance and I brought our Turtles in to be seen for possible shell rot. Upon being called back into the exam room we were greeted by two vet techs. I told the vet tech what was going on with them and she proceeded to tell me that it wasn't shell rot and that she had seen this before but didn't remember what it was called and told us to wait while she went to research it. Absolutely the worst vet I have had the misfortune to take my poor dog to. I brought him in for X-Rays for an injury and without asking permission they decided to clip his nails. His nails were already the length they should have been. They cut all of his nails so short that they were even with the fur on his paw (he is a short haired dog) and EVERY SINGLE claw bled! There was quick stop on every single claw. I don't know what idiot clipped his nails without permission but I would hope to God that a Vet Tech would know how. ... read more
