I’ve moved 14 times and this experience was the absolute WORST experience I’ve EVER had. Very little praise for this company. Fred Craig should be ashamed of himself for the way he treated an 80 year old widow. They should stick to local moves only. Absolutely disgusted with everyone involved. This move was managed so poorly the “unpackers” showed up at my house they day they were supposed to arrive. No one told them the shipment would be late either! Absolutely pathetic, the whole thing. Buyer beware!

This company came highly recommended by another person who used lived in my condo building and used them to move her to Georgia. I can't say anything bad about this company. So far my packout was a breeze. They were professional, quick and very organized. Once I purchased my home and setup the delivery date things went like clock work. Even the lawn chair that was missing was found on the loading dock at the warehouse and it was brought to me 2 weeks after I had been moved into my house.
