Craig moved Mom (73 yrs old) in 2018. Took Mom a few months to unpack her boxes. A Nativity Scene made of 12-inch statues, (about 10, including animals) all hand-painted by Dad (deceased in 2012) has never been found since this move. A bit late to be pointing fingers at Craig, however, the movers & the moving truck chose to go a different direction for lunch and arrived 20 minutes after everyone else. RecommendedCraig Van Lines was excellent to work with on our move from Virginia to Arkansas. Everyone was fantastic that w dealt with from the first visit to estimate our poundage; to the customer service by Dilegny; to the packing by the team (Elena, Caesar and Jose) to the loading of the truck by the same three. I've used Craig Van Lines for the majority of my home moves since 2012, the company is dependable and has excellent prices. The office staff was friendly and accomadating, always assisting where they could. The packers and movers were careful, quick and efficient. Overall, I would rate them 5 out of 5 stars! Our long-distance move was handled professionally from start to finish. It started with packing up a condo. The movers were attentive to detail and clearly knew how and what to pack first and last. The young man that packed the kitchen had an intense amount of work. All of the dishes arrived safely as a result of his effort. On delivery the movers were again very professional and friendly.
