Both Craig and Santhe are excellent to work with, understanding design, colours, layout and fittings and offering suggestions and resolutions appropriate to our needs. Santhe took time to listen and advise, making it a real pleasure to see a vague idea translated into a dynamic reality.
Had Craig redo my shower recess in the ensuite. Gone from something I detested to a new eye pleasing functional shower. Great job, great finish. Craig is very easy to work with. Professional, great communicator,courteous very neat in his work. I highly recommend. Thankyou you Craig and Santhe.
Craig did a complete renovation on my (reasonably large) ensuite. Everything went to plan, and I am delighted with the finished job. I like the reno so much, I feel inclined to update the main bathroom too - and I would happily engage Craig to do that job. If you want to renovate your bathroom, stop looking and call Craig Thorne right away! We have the bathroom of our dreams thanks to Craig and Santhe. Our tiny bathroom needed some TLC (as you can see from the before photo!) and with a smaller budget and small space, we didn't think much would be possible - how wrong we were! I can't recommend Craig and Santhe highly enough. We had our family bathroom completely redone, including full tiling, replace shower, bath, shaving cabinet, variety and replacing the window. We found their professionalism and knowledge to be excellent, and they really went above beyond before, during and after the renovation to support us. They are really well organised and completed the reno quickly and efficiently. It was such a good experience we're about to get them back to do our ensuite. Highly recommend.
