Great location and high quality treatment. Good follow up and programs for supporting a long term injury
Went to see Craig for some pretty sore neck and upper back issues that had been lingering for a while. He took the time to understand what was going on, explained things clearly, and quickly identified the likely cause of the problem. Very practical and detailed approach to helping fix a couple of my running, swimming and cycling injuries (hip, shoulder, calf). Explained the reasoning behind diagnosis and approach to addressing it and also provided specific exercises to strengthen area. Would highly recommend and often go back to help proactively address niggles rather than wait till they escalate.
