Craig Taylor Equipment is a great group of people to work with. I have only used the Peterbilt side of the business, and Mike, the sales rep that always helps me, is absolutely phenomenal to work with. Thank you, CraigTaylor, for having such a great group of people assisting your customers.
Sadly Craig Taylor service department has gone way down hill. Like most businesses these days, when the skilled generations move on they are replaced with a substandard place holder. Seems once Peterbilt merged into the same shop, they are unable to manage the work load or preform the same level of skilled repairs. Another sad example of a good company going down hill.
