called the social to get info bc my daughter is thinking about transferring to chico. she wants to live w students but doesn’t know anyone there. i spoke w joanna and she was very pleasant and informative. seems like a fun place!
My favorite part about the social is that the gyms are open 24/7, Joanna did a great job highlighting all the amenities.
i love the team! joanna was super helpful and answered all my questions and reassured me the social was the best place for me :)
Joanna really convinced me why I should stay here instead of on campus, I can’t wait to move in!
I was given a tour by a member of the staff, Sara, she made an effort to get to know us and was a very nice girl!
