I do not recommend the social. This why. Please view photos then decide if you want to comment. This mold and rain leaks into my room. I have brought this to attention of Mrs. Pitt & Owners of The Social. I requested work orders. No resolution or responsibilities have been taken. Ask them very nicely to leave me alone, and they keep harassing me. I will not renew my lease or take part in their survey. The Social wants rating, this is my rating.
Great place for students to live and eat
Disclaimer: This is a longer review but it’s detailed. As far as staff and community, I think it’s great. It’s definitely a decent place to move into if you really need a place to stay, but once you see other options you definitely put those above it. My daughter moved in there this August I was disappointed at the almost jail style brick walls but she was excited and turned it into a beautiful place. Internet went out and as a hybrid student this was an unacceptable situation. I went to her dorm and was unable to fix the situation with both the social and Xfinity. Now she is back at our home and we are stuck with the year lease. Save yourself the stress nobody will live without internet
This place is disgusting. They claim they have security but do not. My son had his truck stolen from parking lot, there are signs claiming under camera surveillance. NO CAMERAS. The place reeks of pot and vape. The rooms are filthy, I do not believe they are cleaned between tenants. BEWARE PARENTS.
