Some of the other reviews indicate that the doctor is not compassionate and rude. His office staff is the same way, especially jennifer. They are listed on my insurance plan yet cannot tell me why. They claim they've never filled out paperwork to be on my insurance plan, my insurance plan confirms they have paperwork from this doctor's office. Signed sealed and delivered. Dr. Spergel was excellent from start to finish - he was quick in explaining the situation, didn’t mince any words and made me feel confident in his skills and knowledge. I have no clue what these other reviews are on about - he has been responsive and considerate at every step and most of all put me at ease about everything that needed to be done for my case and was, above all else, unwaveringly kind and human in his care. This is the worst doctor I have ever had. He is nonresponsive to the needs of the patient!!!!!!!! He is impossible to get a hold of!!!!!!!
Worst doctor I have met. No sense of compassion. He lacks the basic etiquette of being a doctor which is asking questions. He asks nothing states his conclusion and leaves. He also lacks the ability to look at charts properly apparently. He makes judgements without trying to check the credibility of his guesses.
