What experience? Other then no call back from my agent Craig over my mother's death after notifying them a few days after. It took him well over a month to realize I called because by chance I caught him in the office one day after repeatedly calling. Then acted like he really couldn't be bothered. Then it took two whole months to get my mother's life insurance policy paid out. Which when I got it he had obviously sent it to the wrong place. Because it was a replacement check.
