Mr. Smith was incredibly helpful in my quest for benefits. The first time we spoke I told him what I thought I needed. He made suggestions and lowered my costs. At no point did he ever try to sell me anything. He was incredibly patient and answered all of my questions. I'm recommending him to others in my position.

I had a wonderful experience with Craig. He was polite, always called to make sure I was okay and everything was going okay, I give him five stars if I can give him 10 I would.
