Craig was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of evaluating, applying for and selecting both Medigap and Part D policies as I go onto Medicare. In fact he actually advised me to select a policy with lower monthly premiums than what I had been leaning towards, and that was in my opinion a clear demonstration that Craig puts client best interests over profits. Craig was literally a lifeline to me twice. I went without health insurance for nine months. I had always been on my husband’s (now ex) insurance. I found out he dropped me beyond the window where I could sign up. I got Craig’s name from my banker. From our first phone conversation he was patient, verbally very clear and empathic. If I had a question he was always there with an answer and service if need be. I think he’s the cat’s meow!!!
