Mr. Smith was incredibly helpful in my quest for benefits. The first time we spoke I told him what I thought I needed. He made suggestions and lowered my costs. At no point did he ever try to sell me anything. He was incredibly patient and answered all of my questions. I'm recommending him to others in my position.

I had a wonderful experience with Craig. He was polite, always called to make sure I was okay and everything was going okay, I give him five stars if I can give him 10 I would. Craig Smith He is our medicare hero.He brings to the table a wealth of knowledge in obtaining medicare coverage. We were lost in a sea of beaucratic red tape . His attitude and empathy were a soul soother and he delivered on his promises. What a great professional in this world of indifference .A guardian angel who I will never forget and always remember. Craig Smith was very helpful and informative. He explained and advised us through this medicare process. Very patient answered all of our questions. Called us back even on the weekend. Made the prcess less stressful. We would recommend Craig to anyway going through the process. Explained medicare advantage as opposed to a,supplement. Thanks Craig.
