I always hate going to a new doctor or moving to a new one…but this place is amazing! The staff from the moment you walk in to the time to you leave are the best and most respectful people! They listen!
It was pleasant and professional. The only complaint was her phone kept ringing and she would answer it. I probably would have been out of her office 15 to 20 minutes earlier.
I waited 2 months for a new patient appointment, which is fine. They took my insurance information at the time I made an appointment and last week I got a text stating that I would be considered self pay if I did not call in my insurance info. I called in the info and after taking off of work to drive 40 miles to the clinic they informed me that their call center took my insurance information but did not verify it and they do not take my insurance.
