I first had orthodontic work done about 15 years ago with Craig and the service was excellent. No complaints. I went back in 2019 to have some extra work done and the experience hasn’t been so good. I found the communication to be extremely slow, my treatment wasn’t explained all that clearly to me, and I had a treatment plan with no end - so the financial commitment was impossible to determine.
