Doctor fine new office staff awful. Dr. Mansour recently changed offices. The receptionist at this "new" Ventura office is unreliable at passing on information. I left a message over two weeks ago and have not received an answer to date. I believe I dealt with Ruby. This has happened before.
Wonderful doctor! Takes his time with patients, listens, explains things clearly and in a calm and reassuring manner. Excellent office staff. We feel so fortunate to have him as my father’s cardiologist.
Recently, I had my first appointment with Dr. Mansour. The staff was very friendly and attentive during every step of the scheduling process and my first visit. As a new patient, I was very impressed with the attention and care offered to me by Dr. Mansourt. He answered all my questions fully and he expressed genuine concern for me and my health issues. I appreciated his proactive approach and I left the office feeling very confident in the plan he outlined. I will recommend to my husband.
