Last month, Bob Ford helped us with two separate loans for our 1031 exchange. We had never done that before, and it was pretty complicated. Bob did a great job and he made me supported and confident through the whole process. The title company was a bit confused about the exchange, and Bob stayed with us through the closing to make sure everything was correct in the end.
