Craig and Ross Roberts are "extraordinary." Their attention to detail and depth of knowledge is unparalleled. They have been associated with our property for over twenty years. We couldn't be any more thankful.
He is a very nice guy but has no sense of communication at all. He doesn’t respond he doesn’t follow through with anything he says. It’s terrible. We will NEVER use him again. He also put an access panel in our ceiling and didn’t bother to fix the drywall that was ripped and the panel is completely crooked. Definitely not dependable at all. Don’t waste your time
