I never feel rushed when I see Dr Hermann. He listens and explains things in a clear manor.
Everyone is very friendly
I believe this office may be understaffed for the amount of patients. I have sent many messages without response for 5 days the most recent one but many times it's been more than 5 days. I've called twice about the same thing as well. It's been very hard to get a decent amount of time to explain what's going on. And the bedside manner is lacking due to the rush of an appointment that ive scheduled. Very hard to get quality when they are flooded with so many patients.
I've been trying to get the medical care that I need for 6 months. The doctor's office has repeatedly not put in the information that I requested to get my PT and MRI covered. I'm forced to live on painkillers that I take sparingly. My wife got upset at them and confronted them in office about it so they decided to discharge her from their care. I'm absolutely appalled at this office.
