It was good, even though it was not what I wanted to hear. But he gave me all my options and explained everything very clearly.
I've been to several orthopedic doctors. Dr Randall is THE BEST. Thorough, professional, and very knowledgeable and listens to his patients and really does everything to truly help his patients
Horrible, rushed appointment. I waited longer in a chickfila line than talking with Dr. Randall. Extremely dissapointed. Why are providers these days rushing through patients? We pay so much in insurance, copays, bills and it's extremely frustrating feeling rushed and not heard.
Office staff was great and Dr Randall was very straight forward and honest and put me at ease.
