I checked in without an appointment during the mid of my work day and they were very accommodating. Nice front desk staff, very polite and friendly.
Dr. Sabzali is great, but every time I've been there(for routine checkups) I haven't seen the Dr. until over a hour after my scheduled appointment. This is my fourth visit, right now I'm at 1:15 past my appointment and still no sign of the Dr. You cannot work and use this Dr.'s office.
The office staff were very sympathetic and went out of their way to help me when I ran into a problem with my insurance company, and it was our first time there! After trying to get doctors back in VA to listen with no luck, this clinic actually took the time to listen and fully examine my daughter's knee. After nearly 3 yrs of frustration, my girl is FINALLY getting a MRI! Thank you G-d!!!
