Not sure what happened, but these guys that used to respond to my texts and calls within a day have been no where to be found. The last two times I’ve needed them I never got a call back period. Craig came to my house and gave me an estimate to replace my 18 year old hot water heater. I had several estimates and chose Craig. He did the work the day after the estimate. Everything went smoothly and did a great job. Only took about 2 1/2 hours. He cleaned up after the install and was on his way. I was very pleased with the results. I would call him again if I have another plumbing job.
