I tried to have a zoom session with her during COVID. She could never figure out how to start the meeting. We ended up just having our meeting over the phone.several times during our conversations, I could hear the distinct sound of a spoon clicking a bowl. She was eating breakfast . She later sent me a transcript that was totally incorrect. She obviously was more interested in her Cheerios than her client.
