Extremely disappointed with the toxic environment and lack of basic human respect at this office. Kierra Dorsey, in particular, displayed an alarming level of arrogance, condescension, and pure unprofessionalism. For someone with an MBA on her card, her communication skills and customer service are remarkably poor. If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service here is absolute garbage, and the staff treats patients with complete disrespect and disdain. A special shoutout to kierra, whose attitude is remarkably unprofessional, rude, and hostile. As for Dr. Craig Pearl, it's clear that patient care doesn't matter to him at all—his only priority is billing your insurance and squeezing out money. Save your time, your dignity, and your health, and stay far away from this office. Absolutely disgraceful.
I highly recommend Dr. Craig Pearl if you’re looking for an honest and knowledgeable TMJ specialist. He has a straightforward, no-nonsense approach that I really appreciated. Dr Pearl unfortunately has minimum compassion. His department management style is practically non-existent. He avoids ANY responsibility for his actions. Better not to get any service in his department
