Great service, great prices. I have been calling on him for years. I have a Beazer built home and had many problems, in the beginning. This company came out a few times to make repairs and I haven't had any major problems since. They handle my maintenance and service calls. My unit is about due to be changed out and I would only trust this company to be fair, reasonable, and skilled.

Personally and professionally (I'm a realtor) been using Craig Pagels Heating & Air for over 7 years! He's worked on countless clients heating and air systems and even has installed a brand new unit at our new house! His prices are fair and he treats you like family. I've used other big box companies in the past and they don't even get close to his service. Highly recommend, you won't get disappointed! Never in my 53 of life, that I must deal with extreme incompetent service. I had an emergency called Pagel Heating and Air on my HVAC system. It was my first and last time using them. They ruined my system and tried to overcharge me! I would NOT recommend.

Hired them to do a basic HVAC maintenance. Changed appointments several times without telling me. After his worker (his son) finished work and spray down the unit with water. He forgot to turn off the water and flooded the crawl space. I told his worker that they left the water. He tried to blame it on me. I have proof. Don't try to blame something else and take responsibility for your company's mistake. The owner came out to see the damage, but at that point I was frustrated with the service and the company.
