I have been a patient of Dr. Michael Finikiotis for over 35+ years. I was recently dropped as a patient by office manager (Diane). This unprofessional and rude practice manager informed via the UPMC app.. Dr. Finikiotis use to care for his patients but now you are just a number and a stipend for his bank account. My advice don’t get any medical treatment as this practice. The office staff is horrible. The only staff member that is professional, kind, & empathetic is Adam.
Wonderful practice experience. Saw a new doctor - Dr. Maul - who is kind, takes his time- and works in a collaborative manner with patients. Very impressed with more modern approach.
