I have been a patient of Dr Maul's for a over a year now - I appreciate the direct, knowledgeable, and timely manner of care both he and the office provide. They have been flexible in fitting me into multiple appointments, understanding when late, and very timely in seeing me from arrival to patient room to doctor. Easily one of the most unprofessional and poorly managed offices I have ever dealt with. The staff's attitude is completely unacceptable—it feels like you are a massive inconvenience to them just for showing up. Save your energy and establish care somewhere else where the staff actually wants to do their jobs.
Doctor Maul and his staff are very unprofessional l am incredibly frustrated with the level of unprofessionalism at this office. I hit major traffic in the tunnel and was running late for my appointment. When I tried to call to explain, the rude office staff literally hung up on me!!!!! What ? ! I have been a patient of Dr. Michael Finikiotis for over 35+ years. I was recently dropped as a patient by office manager (Diane). This unprofessional and rude practice manager informed via the UPMC app.. Dr. Finikiotis use to care for his patients but now you are just a number and a stipend for his bank account. My advice don’t get any medical treatment as this practice. The office staff is horrible. The only staff member that is professional, kind, & empathetic is Adam.
