She was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. When I spend thousands of dollars with a company, this is the type of treatment that I expect.

Ethan was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient! He helped me to understand my 3 cars auto policy and explained coverage and the savings I have coming up. Ethan also went over my home owners policy from Slide and looked into switching back to State Farm and he was able to save me over $2000. on the new premium. He also went over life insurance, if needed but I just updated my policy. I’m Very happy he called to review all policies.
Jess from Craig Martin's office is always super nice and friendly when I've spoken with her. She also helped me tremendously when my husband was looking for a new car; providing quotes for different cars with different coverages, while making sure the coverages were appropriate for our needs.
