Went to Craig Martin’s State Farm office and all of the staff we encountered were nice and extremely professional. Kelsey is the agent my wife and I worked with. She follows up, is helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and most importantly explains everything so that we could fully understand our coverage. Would highly recommend!!

The agent with whom I worked Olympia was amazing. She was incredibly thorough, explaining in detail my policy as well as the benefits of bundling my policy with a homeowner’s policy. I ended up saving so much money with more coverage on both policies.

Thank you for your response, but I find it very concerning that the only time I’ve received any acknowledgment from you is after leaving a public negative review. Despite multiple emails and attempts to resolve this privately and professionally, I still have not received a proper follow-up regarding my concerns. Avoid this company if you expect customer service. Emails ignored for weeks, constant upselling, and basic policy changes turned into a nightmare. After 10 years with zero claims, adding a car and jewelry coverage became endless calls, confusion, and pressure to buy more insurance. When leaving, they dodged simple refund questions and gave conflicting information. Three follow-up emails later — still no response. Feels like they care more about sales than customers.
