I found Craig to be a mediocre therapist. He took a personal non-emergency family call during my first session with him, made fun of my anxiety when an elevator in the building got stuck, told me to just "not be anxious if I didn't want to be anxious". Was trying to tell him about major depression and suicidal thoughts and he just told me to focus on my studies (this was back when I was in college years ago).
