My initial impression was very high for Dr. Torosian, and his surrounding staff. I was having a procedure done to my hand... I asked multiple questions to multiple people about the amount of pain involved, due to the fact that I was not being put under anesthesia. I am the type of person that needs to know what to expect, in order to wrap my head around the situation. I was very misled, it was EXTREMELY PAINFUL!
