The staff and Dr. are amazing! They explain everything that is being done and answer every question you have. they they are a well oiled machine, you never wait long and make sure you get the care you need! It really is magic how they do it. And on top of that Dr Fern is so thorough, informative, and really cares about you. He is the best there is!

Moday/6/2023 Front desk woman impatient, inconsiderate and unprofessional. Doesn't demonstrate proper compassion or empathy. Too lazy to get out of her chair. Busy talking about last night's Grammy Awards on her cell phone to a friend.
I have been a patient with the doctor over a number of years, due to a retina condition. I have complete confidence in him, and as such, have recommended him to others who need a good retinologist.
Dr, Fern saved my eyesight twice. He is the best retinologist there is.
Poor bedside manner is a very diplomatic description. His patronizing attitude and lack of empathy and compassion is startling.
