Dr. Craig is a consistent, pleasant professional.
Minimal waiting time. He was fast, efficient, examined me, made a diagnosis and gave me some treatment options. Will definitely follow up with him.
Moday/6/2023 Front desk woman impatient, inconsiderate and unprofessional. Doesn't demonstrate proper compassion or empathy. Too lazy to get out of her chair. Busy talking about last night's Grammy Awards on her cell phone to a friend.
I have been a patient with the doctor over a number of years, due to a retina condition. I have complete confidence in him, and as such, have recommended him to others who need a good retinologist.
Dr, Fern saved my eyesight twice. He is the best retinologist there is.
Poor bedside manner is a very diplomatic description. His patronizing attitude and lack of empathy and compassion is startling.
