Doesn't represent military members ethically. In one case he will outright ignore federal legal protections for military, and in another will represent the military member and send the certificate of service to the wrong address, restricting the responding parties ability to participate in the case. Had a person from the firm quit in the middle of the case. Makes unilateral decisions without consultation with the client. Had their servers hacked in 2024, takes forever responding to emails and call backs. Do not recommend.
