They had an arrangement to go through to our backyard using a remote , they complained it wasn’t working properly and therefore didn’t carry out the work. I replaced the battery in the remote, it was working perfectly. They came again , they didn’t know I was actually at home, they again didn’t do the backyard but then sent a quote charging for the backyard.
