I applied to be a new patient and after no reply for two months I called back as was told maybe they had not received my medical records from my current doctor I may want to call him! They never called me to say they had not received them, they did not know if they had not received them and they wanted me to call them myself even though they weren't sure if that was the problem! I call this no-customer service!
