Ashley is sincerely caring, and she is extremely knowledgeable in the field of audiology. You can tell she loves what she does and puts her heart into her work, and she gives her patients the best possible care.
It was nice after all these years of finally being able to once again hear the crickets chirping, the birds singing and those higher frequency notes of classical music. And gone are the subtitles in movies I’m watching so I’m not distracted from the action. From the moment Stephanie took my call I knew I had the right place. She made me feel welcomed and at home. Then I met Dr. Zifer, who was also welcoming and so thorough. She adjusted my settings, which made a total difference, and even changed my ear pieces for a more comfortable fit. So glad I found them. Night and day from the past.

Everything was great starting with an outgoing receptionist who was very helpful. Dr. Zifer was friendly and displayed concern about the repair issue I was experiencing.
