If my agent Bill Taylor (who has been wonderful by the way) is not available, the rest of the staff jumps in to respond and help me out. If you want an agency who is professional, gets stuff done and will go out of their way to help you out and responds quickly, I highly recommend this agency. I usually don't write reviews when I'm happy about a company. I have to be blown away! I live out of state and am very busy. It's nice to use an agency that is incredibly easy to work with and you can rely on.
