It is a very rewarding job! It’s quite a change of pace from working with a whole floor of patients to just one, but it is an amazing feeling to be able to feel like you aren’t rushed when doing your job. The other notable difference is not seeing upper management everyday, and the main form of communication is through emails and/texting when on occasion can be confusing and difficult, but always gets resolved. A great place to work for people who loves kids!
I absolutely love my job! Although a new culture is viewed with each family I work with, these same families are very supportive and let us know the details of how to best care for their child. Working with adults for most of my 40 years, I find a new resilience seeing these kids grow and learn. This is my most favorite job I've ever had. It's truly rewarding@

I have worked here for 7.5 years. I love the kiddos that I care for and their families! My main con with Craig is the pay could be more competitive.
