Paige Lewis’s review is not only misleading, it’s morally and ethically irresponsible. It twists facts, makes wild assumptions, and misrepresents both Craig and us as buyers. She first assumed that we didn’t get the house because of $3300. This is inherently false. We knew exactly about the negotiation opportunity with agent commission…because Craig told us, because he had to. And he let us know he had to. She also assumed we perused online to find the home. Craig helped me sell at a pretty turbulent time in the market, I got good advice, and he did everything he said he would. The house ended up selling and closing within 8 weeks of listing, and I couldn't be happier with how it went. Would highly recommend to anyone. The other staff members at 8z were helpful and professional, and answered all my questions, they also dealt with the HOA and getting all the information so I didn't have to spend hours finding old records.

Craig represented the would-be buyer of my home. I was the seller with my own agent. He submitted an offer on behalf of his client, which I countered. They then submitted a revised offer, indicating serious interest in purchasing my home. After some pretty extensive negotiations, what ended up causing the home sale to fall through was 0.5% in additional commission to Craig.
